| Does your hood open toward the front? Will make having a bumper difficult unless you change how the hood oppens or make the bumper a quick disconnect. Head Forum Administrator ** Chat Moderator ** Facebook Page AdminATLTF Facebook Page ** Chatbox ** How To Upload Pictures

yeah it does, i think i will have it on like a pivot pull a pin and it drops, or the bumper leans forward

My hoods cracked on the top though, it fell and its plastic Cracked how? You might be able to get some small, thin flat stock (like 1/2" wide stuff, ive used some for my one paintball gun handgaurd) and some pop rivets/ small hardware and reinforce the crack so you could use hinges. My hoods cracked on the top though, it fell and its plastic What kind of plastic? First question when dealing with synthetic materials. Usually plastic parts will have a small stamp identifying the material. Its usually a small spot on the backside. There are various ways to fix plastic parts. It all depends on the actual plastic being repaired. Fiberglass parts can be repaired with standard polyester resin and fiberglass cloth. ABS parts need certain solvent to ensure adhesion. PVC has the same problem. Thermosetting plastics can be welded. The point is. use the proper material and a little work, and plastic can be repiared to look new.

A bit of rough sandpaper and some plastic epoxy would probably work great too. Head Forum Administrator ** Chat Moderator ** Facebook Page AdminATLTF Facebook Page ** Chatbox ** How To Upload Pictures

| I had to redo my clutch linkage, was to short and now it works better. I also found out that it can sort of pop whealys, lol, also it can do nice spins if there is some dirt on the road. | |

| Plastic epoxy isnt the greatest stuff - i used some of that to fix the grille on my murray ( cleaned and prepped it- even put some reinforcing plastic bits under it) - ended up cracking again a short time later - i shouldve drilled holes in the grille to lock it all together.

| Thats not too bad, as long as your ball joints dont wear out you should be fine. When my now parts Snapper was still used to mow with, the front tie rod had ball joints which wore out and the entire tie rod fell off! Not saying that will happen but still, they arent made like car ball joints. Heim ends or whatever would be the best though. I plan on upgrading to them ASAP but they are expensive as all hell. Heres a link to a full set though if you need it. http://www.ebay.com/itm/200626992221Head Forum Administrator ** Chat Moderator ** Facebook Page AdminATLTF Facebook Page ** Chatbox ** How To Upload Pictures
