| I have a Hydro Gear rcl120002 trani, when I spin the pulley nothing happens, ive spun it with a drill and nothing happens?
Any idea's, does it need to spin faster to turn the axle?

| Its a hydro, the pump needs to be spinning at engine speeds to generate the pressure to turn the wheels. It also has to be full of oil, in either forward or reverse, and spinning the right direction. There is no mechanical connection between the input shaft and differential. | |

| The axles won't turn if it is not "in gear" if it is in neutral position oil just bypasses. | |

Most have a Minimum input RPM in the 1500-1800 range. My Newer 06 Poulan Has a 1:1 on it and it does fine.

| Depending on model, Max input speeds are anywhere between 2000-4000 RPM.

| I connected the trani to my corded hilti drill which runs at 1400rpm. It turned the axle but not at amazing speed, what is the small leaver for next to the input shaft? | |

On some it ma be a hi/low range lever.
