i remember my old racer/mudder i drag raced it at southcreek 441 muddbog it was nice there lots of open places and TONS of mud man i regret selling that mower ad a pearless 350 gearbox only 3 gears but that speedy little bitch was fast and scary the frame was a old 80s style murray had a good 12.5 briggs flathead i think the top speed was 35-48mph
but i sold it and got a kawasaki bayou 220 worst thing i think ive done in my whole life :l
anywho enough rambling i think i could find a way to this event thing if we ever get a good romping place

i think the best way woukd be to have different divisions. there could be a meet on the nh/maine border for the people up here and the same kind of thing in pa and ga etc. it wuld symlify a lot of things

Sounds good! Anyone heard of New Hampshire Motor Speedway? I'm trying to get them to host a racing mower meet! It's a 1mile paved oval stadium.

Hardest place to romp: My backyard My family owns a small part of the Great Dismal Swamp, and it comes right up into my backyard, horrible time getting out, steep hills all around.

if you want to contact a place like that go to monadnock soeedway it is a 1/8 mile track and probably a lot better for mowers

i dont think there are enough people on this forum for a big event, there might be so many accounts created, but active members that can drive and are willing to drive is the thing, if we did seperate events(in different locations) you would still have to drive a fair bit, There are some people where there might be one other active member in there area(within 200miles), and sometimes less or more. i would personally be willing to travel if i knew there were 8-9 other people going to the event. Even if there was no event in Canada Area and it was in New York or something then Canadian members would all need passports, etc.

i think right now the best we could do is contact a couple people that are local to you and ask if they all want to meet up at an area and go for a romp together. we couldnt go a big event, lets say the event was somewhere in the middle of the US and i wanted to go(which i am totally down for if its all planned a month in advance or so), i would have probably a 2 day trip and i know not everyone would be willing to drive that far.

ill have my licence his august, but a vehical will come in a year from that. I see ALOT of VA guys, base it around there? I could drive there a little jog but when I have a vehical def. cound me in, (in two years :3 )
