One, for now...

Way i look at it is if you have 2 ( strictly for mowing) - one is a backup for the primary mower - i have 10 backup mowers for my 'primary' tractor ( i rotate their use weekly tho) .

One time i did need a few extra for backups - ended up on my 3rd tractor ( which started) so just to mow.

I have a MTD that i pretty much just use for bagging , sometimes ill mow with it , have a spare MTD also with a bagger for that ( if need be).

I have like 4 more tractors im redoing for mowing duties ( eventually- when i get time) , the rest are either parts or for modding purposes.

i own 6 tractors, two are parts tractors(one the transaxle is shot, the other the motor is blown and the transaxle is cracked), one needs carb work, one needs a tire but i am going to part it out. and the other two are projects, ones a racing mower and the others my lifted mudding mower.

Old 1980's Craftsman Just a frame steering system fenders hood transaxle and tires, 2000 - 2001 Craftsman Lt1000, 2006 or 2007 John Deere 100 series, front end of my 1970's snapper that got scrapped, 2000 something Bolens Mtd rear part of frame, hood, fenders and a steering wheel but no front end, also have a Scag Freedom Z zero turn for our buisness and cutting grass, i think that covers them all... I also have about 10 push mowers that run or would run with a little tinkering, and a destroyed push mower, had a Murray for a while, and a Reily (basicaly a craftsman) sold those to my neighbor. so in total I have owned 8 tractors... Forgot I also once had a Murray Rear engine rider so 9 tractors

I have 3. A mtd ranch king strictly for mowing. A mid 90,s craftsman that im currently making a mudding mower out of(just finished the pulley swap today!) And a mid 80,s murray that will be a mudding mower as well when i get to it.

The Case 222's were on purpose, the rest just showed up and never left.

Id have more too, but my wife sed "NO" and since im in town any more would make the place look like hoboville ( already have a shed and autoshelter in the back yard).

Not to mention noone is giving any away anymore either free or super cheep due to the economy.....

If we are talking total counting the ones to be fixxed then 15

79 Cub Cadet 383 going to change the 11hp Briggs to a newer 12.5 hp IC OHV Briggs my keeper for the yard
91 Mont,Wards 12/38 changed the blown 10hp motor to a newer 12.5 IC OHV briggs going to sale in spring
09 Poulin Pro building for off-road trails

and 2 Chraftsman lt1000 not mine but paid to keep them running and mowing for the owner who uses them as brush hogs on his mountain.

I should have made the Murry my off roader fast and will pop wheelies in high gear without a gear change.

I own 2 the first is a 1997 (I think) Weed Eater with a 16.5 Briggs opposed " /> and a 2001 Mtd yard machines with a 17.5 OHV that one actually mows grass

I now own one cause im trading off one of my mower for a dirt bike. The one i traded looks like the one up above ^
