| OK, that's not it than. I could unplug it and it would start to shut off, then I would plug it back in and the engine would kick back on. What else would cause this? | |

| Looks cool - not being sky high, it should be more stable . Ive had a few OHV motors that the antifire solenoid screwed up in - snipped the end off and havent had trouble since .
Does it have an exhaust on it? Most times why it 'pops' is because of unburnt fuel - on my tractors I usually shut the gas valve off, then just let them idle till they stop on their own , it emptys out the carb of gas as well .

| Thanks guys. Yeah, It now runs good. I'm working on the exhaust now. Still trying to figure out how I'm going to do it. I've even gone trail riding in it. The front end needs some work. Still lots to do. | |

| The second one (third pic), I think would look better once its all welded up and ground smooth. I'd add a little more pipe coming out of the bend and increase the angle of the cut, maybe even put a little curve to it too. The frist setup dont look to bad either.
One ? is your hood going to be able to open with that setup? Anyways your tractor is looking good.

| All I have to do is unscrew the fittings to open the hood. I'll get some different fittings so it will be easier to open the hood. I'll make a new turn-out tip that has a better bend in it. | |

| There is still plenty of "Lawn Mower" left. It just looks like a lawn mower with big fenders. Them big wheels will throw some mud I'm sure. I personally like them. A coat of paint will help though. What color should I paint him? I was going to do camouflage. | |

| Got the gas pedal hooked up. It works great. Wasn't sure how I would do it. I'll get pics soon. Next step is to see if I can somehow flip the engine pulley around and use the bigger size. Any ideas? | |

| If someone can tell me how the Honda 250 High Performance ATV brakes work, sure, I'll do it. Y'all see, the ATV the brakes came from only had the calipers, disks, and some of the tubing. I'm missing the main part that makes the brakes work. I don't know what the part is. That's the problem. I do need brakes though. I'm still trying to figure that out. Thanks Homer for the suggestion. That's what I think I'll do. | |

| take a picture of what brake parts you got and ill tell you what else u need. and for the pulley i cut the end off so their was a little bit of the key still on it .and flipped the bottom end to the top. so the bottom end is on top then I got on the lathe and drilled it out to right size without going all the way to the key so it will still be able slip right in to keyway. then i re-welded it so the small one is on top and big one is on bottom | |
